02. Engineer (Design)VLSI/ASIC

As a Engineer-Design, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers to design an ASIC for use in access products. You will report to a Manager who will be responsible for the entire design cycle of an ASIC- from concept to qualified and tested silicon. His team will comprise of two distinct groups under you- Design and Verification (each of which will be headed by a lead engineer).You will be the lead Design Engineer under him. You will be part of the team responsible for the definition of the ASIC based on various standards from bodies like IEEE, ITU, ANSI etc. apart from marketing inputs. You will be responsible for implementing the definition into an ASIC which will have to meet the specifications defined as well as to meet other requirements like manufacturability etc. Your challenge will be to manage a team to be implement the above responsibilities using optimal resources and in the best possible time. You will be responsible for interfacing with the verification group under your manager as well as system engineering and application teams to achieve desired qualification of the devices in the intended end system application. You will also assist in selection of technology, packaging etc. You will be responsible for providing the entire documentation for the ASIC (data sheets, application notes, SW and HW usage manuals etc.).

Desire candidate must posses with follows:-

-Minimum 7 years experience spanning all aspects of VLSI/ASIC Design using RTL methodology

-Atleast 1 of the most recent years in leadership role in development of SOC level multi-million gate ASIC/FPGAs for networking/telecom applications.

-Experience must include ability to interpret standards, develop architectures, lead teams to implement solutions as ASICs or FPGAs or IP Blocks

-Experience with procedures for verification and characterization of devices, DFT, code coverage etc.

-Experience with ASIC design methodologies using commercially available state-of-the-art EDA tools for design and verification

-Experience with design for high speed and low power

-Experience in synthesis and timing closure on high speed designs using DC/PC, PrimeTime etc.

-Strong working knowledge of Verilog, PLI and Perl.

-Experience with verification strategies, co-verification platforms etc. and C/C++, Vera

-Experience with using third party IP cores and embedded CPU/DSP processors

-Experience with various networking standards and concepts like 802.3, VLAN, SONET, CCS7, ATM, DSL, VoP etc.

-History of delivering state of the art VLSI products/IPs in switching, routers, telecom etc.

-Experience in interfacing with system engineering, physical design engineering and application engineering is a desirable advantage

03. Senior Software Engineer (Protocols)

- Candidate with Strong & Core expertise in C, C++ Coding languages.

-Systems experience in Windows and/or Linux (Networking / File System)

-Expertise in application layer protocols (HTTP, FTP, SMTP, MAPI, SNMP, SAMBA)

-Expertise with Web protocols, languages (JavaScript, Perl, http)

Qualifications : BE/MS (Computer Science) with 1-5 years in relevant experience.

04. CONSULTANT : TIBCO WITH BUSINESS WORKS

Builds and implements a system that meets specifications and customer expectations - 3+ years of application development experience with 2 or more full lifecycle implementation of the application modules Strong programming skills on TIBCO platform using Business work

05. Technical Architect

I would prefer if he/she is -

Sun Certified Enterprise Architect for Java Technologies {SCEA – J2EE}.

Sun Microsystems Certified Programmer for Java Platform {SCJP}.

Experience: A minimum of 8 years experience of which at least 2 years should be in Architectural Design.

- Responsible for lead generation for enterprise software solutions in the US market by telecalling and other modes of research.
